My Photo

Hello, my name is Faren.

I'm a graduate creative writing student, writer, photographer, nose-in-book kind of reader, and lover of words.

I'm finding my place as a writer and real life poet, and hope to maybe leave behind a few words that'll make people think and cry (crying is more important). I'm also obsessed with my name and its all-too relevant meaning (see below).

................................................................

Faren {FARE-en}

noun

ORIGIN Celtic (Gaelic) Farran from Farachan, meaning "Descendant of Farachan", also Afghan Farrah, meaning "Glorified", also Irish surname,

Meaning "One who wanders (wanders, but is not lost)"

................................................................

I'm sure you're a wandering soul, just like me. There are so many wild and wonderful things in this world, it justifies running around trying to love them all.

Thanks for wandering over to my blog, I hope you'll stay for a bit. You're beautiful.
